You are hiring a Product Manager, Marketplace to balance supply and demand on the two-sided surface of the Supabase ecosystem. I am Ramona Furter. I applied through Ashby on 30 July, and this page carries what the form could not. My week-one read of your marketplace, and the record behind it.
1,000+client matches in year one at WePractice, a two-sided health platform
2funding rounds closed as founding team
+9%conversion on a CHF 100M+ e-commerce business at Ifolor
Your ad asks for someone who understands the chicken-and-egg of balancing supply and demand, and your own catalog shows that problem in numbers: 118 published integrations, 21 of them surfaced to the marketplace placement, one listing in the AI category. Meanwhile your Series F post says 60% of new databases are launched by AI tools, and Bolt alone has connected over 600,000 Supabase backends without anyone browsing a listing.
I designed and built this page with Claude Code. I pulled the catalog numbers from your published pages myself, chose the sequencing and own the recommendation.
Founding team at WePractice, a Sparrow Ventures and Migros Group health venture matching practitioners with clients. Supply had to be recruited, demand had to be earned, and the balance was my daily work as Marketing and Growth Lead. 1,000+ client matches in year one, 2 funding rounds, 10 locations, 23 people, 170+ customers.
Besides the WePractice founding team, I run my own products. Pedal Peak is a live cycling platform with 331 hand-ridden routes across 12 countries, built end to end by me. smedium is my studio for small-business websites and automation.
At Ifolor I owned e-commerce for a CHF 100M+ business and let A/B tests decide instead of opinion. +9% conversion, +15% checkout step rate. At Die Mobiliar I took three MVPs from pilot to market launch.
I have stood on your demand side myself. My side project voice-to-notes ran on Supabase, so I know your onboarding, your dashboard and your docs as a user. Pedal Peak runs on SvelteKit, Cloudflare and the Strava API, wired up by me.
At Swiss Post I lead AI business development. Automation cut time spent on sales by 30%, and a synthetic pitch-check avatar I built cut proposal feedback loops by 90%. Stakeholder calls and commercial trade-offs stay with me; the tools prepare them.
Your first bullet asks for 7+ years of product management on developer tools. I do not have the developer-tools tenure. My two-sided platform years come from consumer health and e-commerce, and my developer-side view comes from building myself. If the seven dev-tools years are the hard bar, I am not your hire.

I am happiest where something new has to find its shape. That was WePractice from a blank page, three MVPs at an insurer, an e-commerce P&L, and now AI business models at Swiss Post. The pattern is the same every time. Understand the two sides of a market, put a number on what healthy looks like, ship, and let the signal argue.
Away from work I ride. Five months of my last in-between time went into bikepacking through Togo and Benin, and the same trip produced most of Pedal Peak's route archive. I work async by habit, in writing, across time zones, from wherever the bike is parked.
